-The Daffodil Inn - Local pub offering great food and drink.

-The Teifi Valley Railway - Volunteer run old railway with a cafe and crazy golf.

-Leeky Barrel Bistro & Plant Nursery - This lovely little plant nursery has a cafe on site with outdoor seating serving ice cream and freshly ground coffee as well as the Celtic Country Wines shop.

-Newcastle Emlyn - Historic market town with plenty of cafes and indepent shops. 

-Llandysul Paddlers - Canoeing, kayaking, coasteering and rock climbing.

-Cenarth - Home of Cenarth falls famous salmon leap. Good place to stop on the way to the beach

-Penbryn - National trust beach, great cafe (Plwmp Tart) and woodland walk to the beach

-New Quay - Seaside town with golden beaches and a sheltered harbour, dolphin spotting boat trips are worth a go

-Aberaeron - Charming Georgian harbour town with little shops and good fish and chips.

-Cardigan - Ancient market town with antiques shops and great cafes

-Ffynonne Waterfalls - A beautiful walk through woodland including a waterfall and a large lake.

-Parrog Beach, Newport - A gorgeous stretch of coastline with coastal walks, beach and walk away from lovely little town.

-National Botanical Gardens, Carmarthen - Large botanical gardens with glass house, butterfly house, bird of prey centre and cafes.

-National Trust Llanerchaeron - house and gardens with walks.

-The Warren Cafe, Carmarthen - Gorgeous cosy cafe, reststaurant and bar, winner of 'Best Local Restaurant in Wales' welcoming cafe serving delicious produce and great coffee. Great for vegetarian and vegan also.

- Crwst, Cardigan - Great little bakery/cafe serving fresh baked goods, great food and coffee. Vegan and veggie friendly.

- The Nag's Head, Boncath - Fantastic pub on the river serving great food and a variety of drinks. Cosy fire in the winter and outdoor seating area for the Summer. Serving veggie and vegan food also.

-Mwnt - National trust beach, quiet and secluded with lots of steps
